IPPC unveils treasure chest of procurement thinking

At the 6th International Public Procurement Conference (IPPC), held at Dublin City University from the 14th to 16th August, more than 250 public procurement practitioners and academics gathered to listen to and engage in some of the most widely debated topics in the procurement world. The papers from the event have now been made available on the IPPC website and are free to download. They represent a treasure chest of interesting public procurement thinking and we intend to run a series of posts featuring the papers we believe are most valuable to our readers over the coming weeks and months.
