Nancy was formerly EMEA Publishing Director for Gartner (the world’s leading IT research firm) with responsibility for all client-facing analysis and documentation, and prior to this Managing Editor for Dataquest, then part of the Dun & Bradstreet group. She has also worked as Editor of a professional institute’s magazine, as a Communications Manager in the food industry and as Editorial Director for a PR firm. Nancy holds a BA (honours) in Linguistics and Modern Languages, and (some years ago) was a prize-winning short story author.
